Hi,
I have a question regarding proof of work experience. The company HR department is able to provide an official, dated letter on company letterhead (let's call it Document A) covering all details (salary, work hours, title, etc) except duties and responsibilities. For those, they asked me to approach my specific department.
The Administrative Head of my department then issued a signed document (let's call that Document B), printed on plain white paper, listing my duties and responsibilities. This document is undated.
The Administrative Head of my department then forwarded Document B to HR, who sent me both documents A and B in a single envelop.
Question: would Document B cause problems because it is not on official letterhead?
I am guessing that the rationale for Document B being on plain white paper is that it was to be treated as following and being attached to Document A. But I am not sure how CIC would view this.
I understand that the best case scenario is for HR to incorporate the content of Duties/Responsibilities into one single letter. But that is just not possible. So I have to deal with having this split into 2 parts.
Thanks
