Employment leave in Canada?

I would like to know that what is the maximum employment leave in Canada? According to wikipedia it would be about 15-20 days/year. But is there any companies who offer employment leave days more than the regular 15-20 days?

If you are asking about paid leave, then yes - more than 20 days a year is certainly possible. However I wouldn't expect you'll find a job that gives you more than 20 days unless you are being hired on as an extremely senior executive of a large organization.

If you would like more days off per year, you can certainly ask your company if they allow workers to take additional UNPAID time off each year.
