Hey everyone.
Just looking for a bit of advice: I have been a landed Canadian permanent resident (spousal sponsorship) since March 2015. I have looked around online and haven't found anything anywhere that suggests I'm not eligble to claim EI. I remember from my PR application that I definitely can't apply for welfare but I don't recall seeing anything about EI. Does anyone know for sure whether or not I'm able to claim it without any repercussions?
Thanks in advance for any help offered
