Is it possible to work in Quebec after getting PR. I indicated in my application that I would head to Toronto, Ontario. I have possible employment opportunities in Quebec.

it should be ok as you pr and free to work anywhere in canada.

You can. But you will need to pay for a private insurance after moving to Quebec until you receive the services from the new province.
