Employment history with Sexual misconduct charge.

Do I need to disclose sexual misconduct charge once during my employment at private organisation with HR as it was not police case. Am I eligible to come to Canada.

Unless you have a conviction (or at least a police charge) you do not need to report to IRCC.

Please assist any of my past Colleagues who were aware of my case can they disclose/complaint to Canada embassy due to jealousy?

I would honestly believe that IRCC doesn't even look at such complaints... they don't have the resources to do so...
