Employment experience record - Payslips required? & Bank statements

Hi

I wanted to know if it is compulsory to support our experience with payslips for each employment.
I don't have payslips but my employer will give all relevant documents, I have my contract, Employer reference etc.

Also do I need to put my bank statement for 6 months so show that I have sufficient funds for PR?
