Can someone please advice on how to proceed with the below employment from India,
Company 1 - worked for 12 months. no pay stubs , no tax forms as its a small company and my income is below the tax bracket. BUT i can still get the employment letter , reference letter.
Company 2 - worked for 10 months. Have pay stubs , EMP letter , reference letters. i will mention this one also in EE profile.
1.Can i mention my first company in the EE profile ? - Yes, provided it meets NOC requirement (0/A/B) meets the one year requirement. If payment was made to bank account, show that as proof of payment received.
2. if i get an invite should i submit both these companies job supporting documents ? - Yes, as the second job by itself will not quality the requirement of minimum one year.
3.Will there be an issue of i don't have tax forms from my first company ? - Get a letter from the company for the same and prepare a self declaration/LOE and show the income tax slabs applicable in India. Meanwhile, you can get your Income Tax Returns filed even if you do not fall under the taxable income bracket, so that you can have this document ready, in case they ask for it.
