When we submitted our application, employment contract was still valid. But due to the slow process, it is now expired, but the sponsor already have a new employment contract from different employer. We also submitted bank records and payslip from previous employer. Would they return our application? Or they would just ask for new employment contract later on. Is it best to wait for AOR and update the employemnt contract? No way of updating it now as we dont have UCI.

No you don’t have to worry about that as you are still working with on that so it remains valid though. Just wait for AOR and then submit it through webform. Don’t worry it’s fine .
