EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITHOUT SIGNATURE

Dear Fellow Members and Seniors,

The Employment Contract set of one of the Company I have worked with in the past, does not have signature but only company stamp, that too only one last page.

Will that work out, given the fact that I have all other documents of the same Company without any discrepancy. Other documents include:-
1. Work Experience Reference letter in the prescribed CIC format with detailed duties, sign & stamp.
2. All 2 years paystubs
3. All Form-16's
4. All Salary Account Bank statements etc.

Can I proceed with the unsigned Contract copy which can be supported with other relevant documents mentioned above ?

If you have a work experience letter in CIC format that's okay and dat is all that is required ....the contract letter is just an addition
