Hi everyone i just want to know that i got an job offer from an employer who did job from home. Its an software company so we need to travel thats why they dont have office and we are only 4 employees working in this company. So basically its very small company. My question is how big company we need to apply for cec or how many employees do company have so that i can apply for my pr under cec. They are paying me 20$ per hour. Our company is 13 years old.

it doesn't matter, if it is legal and all your boss willing to help to answer all the calls from CIC and help supply all the necessary doc, it is ok . there is no limit you have to work for a big company. oh, you need T4 to prove it too.

I dont think its the age or size of the company whicm matters...what matters is:

1. Is it a registered company?
2. Does it have a website?
3. If somebody's perform a search on the internet, will they be able to find something?
4. Are you in employer - employee relating with the company and not a partner/director/owner of the company?

If the above points are OK, I dont see any reason to worry....
