Employer Requirement for Canadian Experience Class / Express Entry

Hi! I am an international student who recently graduated. I did my coop at a non-profit organization and they want to hire me permanently. May I know if it's ok to work at a non-profit organization when you for the Canada Experience Class stream? Does anybody know the Employer Requirement for this stream? Thank you!

Whether you qualify for CEC depends on the NOC of the job, not the employer.
