I am currently waiting for my ITA. But I have seen employer's giving a hard time to employees for getting the reference letters. So my question is should we wait until ITA comes through or can arrange all that beforehand. Like is there a chance of rejection if we collect the reference letters beforehand https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/ . Would it be considered old? My consultant adviced me to wait until ITA, but I do not see the logic behind it. So good people of this community, please advice.

I know nothing about ITA or the program to which it applies, or what steps you must take. I had to look up ITA.

Anyway, what I take from your brief query is that, at some point, you must produce (or at least it's beneficial to produce) letters of reference from past employers. Is that correct? If so, I can see no good reason to wait. They are, by their nature, somewhat historical documents. They relate to past events. They speak to a time when you were an employee of the employer writing the letter. If anything, I would think they would be worth more if written close in time to when you were an employee of that employer. It would be fresher in the mind of the employer how you fared as an employee.

From my experience in Canada and U.S., employers will often write or offer to write a reference letter for a departing employee at the time of departure. It does not become stale dated simply because the employee produces it to a prospective employer long after. It still speaks to how that employer viewed that employee.

But, maybe I am missing the whole point here. If I have misapprehended the essence of your query, I am sorry.
