I need an urgent help about the Employer Portal.
My employer has already a GCkey because he helped two other employees through Designated Learning Institution portal. But in my case he needs to enroll in Employer Portal. We are trying to get to the Employer Portal to submit an offer of employment, but everytime we try to sign in it goes to the Designated Learning Institution and doesn`t offer an option to move to the Employer Portal.
We tried to sign up again with another username but I think the system uses his gckey and send us to the Designated Learning Institution portal again.
Does somebody have any idea how can I move from that portal to Employer Portal? Does my employer need to enrol all over again and get another GCkey or something like that?
I really need this urgent, so I will appreciate any help.
