My previous employer is not ready to give my job descriptions letter saying that it is against company policies.

What could be done to solve this problem? Please suggest.

As an alternative, u can submit certified true copies of the following , this can be as exhaustive as possible:-

1. Resume/CV
2. Offer Letter
3. Confirmation Letter
4. Payslips for atleast 3 months.
5. Resignation Letters.
6. Re leaving Letters
7. If from India, Form 16 issued by companies
8. IT returns acknowledgements and slips
9. bank statement for the corresponding salary months
10.an explanation why u couldn't provide the letters on original letter heads.
and any other proofs which can suffice...Hope this helps..

Hello ,

I am applying PR for canada. I have everything from my current employer i.e Appointment letter, Relieving cum experience letter, salary slips, Form16 , Job duties letter. But my previous employeer is refusing to provide Job duties letter. How ever i do have appointment letter, salary slip, experience letter etc.

Is there any alternate for this?
