Hi,
I have got an invitation and have to file PR application within few days.
For this, I have got a letter from employer. As my employer doesn't provide letters for immigration, I had to obtain this letter by mentioning the reason of requirement as pursuit of higher studies. Due to this, the letter given to me has got written that "this letter has been given for purpose of higher education"

Now, I am not sure, if such letter will be acceptable to CIC. Though, i am think of writing the situation in explanation letter that may explain the reason, but i am not sure if that will work.

Can some please guide hat to do in this situation? My employer doesn't give letter for purpose of immigration.

Do you have anything in writing from the company saying they refuse to give a letter for immigration? If so, you might include that with the Letter of Explanation when you upload this letter. However, does the letter they gave you include all the CIC required info for immigration?

Yes, the letter has almost everything except manager's name. Only apparent issue is that they have added a line in the end which says that it has been issued on employee's request for pursuing higher education.
