I read that there is requirement for employer to give international student job, that is have at least $1 million turnover and have at least 5 full time employees.
so my question is, as i am a hospitality students and m going to apply as a, NOC code 6215 which is cleaning supervisors, in a Motel and i dont think they have $1 million turnover per year.

so, how am gonna apply for my Permanent residency ?
How would i be eligible ?

Last I read, that requirement is only for provincial investors looking to get nominated through PNP. If you have a job with any company (can be a motel), you get your T4's and pay stubs from them, and the job is eligible for immigration, you can apply. You will most likely apply under express entry, that is a points based system to get invited to apply for immigration.

It will depend on the WP one holds. Open work permits typically are LMIA exempt. Closed WP's need an LMIA.
