Hi All,

I have received an invitation for Ontario nomination program through foreign worker program but they are asking for the Employer Form which is a mandatory. Do we have any other option in case employer is not willing to provide the required information.

Unfortunately, no. The employer must accomplish that form in order for your OINP PNP application to be processed. Are you on closed work permit?

There is no other option if you want to apply through this program. It is mandatory that the employer complete the form.

If your employer is unwilling to do this, then you'll have to look at programs like Express Entry where there is no such requirement.
