Employer eligibility for LMO Sponsorship for foreign workers from India

I am a director of an incorporation(Business: IT Consultancy) started in Apr 2013. I intend to expand my business by hiring atleast 2 candidates within next two months(National or international) on LMO WP. Requesting the information regarding below ques :

1. Is there an eligibility criteria for my incorporation to be running for a minimum time period?
2. Are there any constraints for minimum pay(per hour/per annum) for LMO sponsorship?
3. What is the tentative time for LMO process as of now?

2. Yes, the pay you offer must be the same as you would pay a Canadian
3. It depends on your province/city

IT will be difficult to prove you cannot find Canadian citizens/PRs for the job as IT is a popular university program.
