My application for PR got accepted in February of this year. The process just started. I sent application for work permit extension in December last year, but it's still in process because of covid. I sent my employer the letter from IRCC about my implied status, which says, that I can continue working under the same conditions until the decision is made, but they are stating, that I have to stop working anyway. I also sent the letter from my lawyer, stating the same. IRCC is not picking up the phone, where can I complain about my employer behavior? Ministry of Labour is saying they don't deal with that.
