One of the employer's corporation status showing as "Active - Dissolution Pending ( Non-compliance )" on ic.gc.ca

So, Does it affect any current immigration application of working employee in that company due to this status?

Probably. Sounds like the company is being dissolved by the government for some reason.

Typically involuntarily dissolution occurs when the incorporation does not keep their charter up to date , and or fails to file their yearly T2 corporate income tax return .
