Hi everyone,

I remember reading somewhere that if I want to apply for PR through CEC and successfully get it, than the company I am employed with should have a certain amount of revenue and employees. I think it was a minimum of $1 million CAD and 5 employees. This was in addition to having a job classified as 0, A or B on the NOC list. Can someone clarify this for me? Thank you.

As far as I know this is not relevant to CEC. This is for sponsoring a worker, usually under obtaining LMO (Labour Market opinion) and PNP categories.

In regards to CEC, of course the company needs to be stablished and legit (meaning you need to be able to file your taxes and everything). If they sense that it's not, they are going to call the employer and ask for more clarification.

Hope this helped,
