My employer don't speak english. Although he provided me the reference letter in english but i m bit worried, what if CIC verify the reference letter over call and he don't respond in English.

He doesn't speak ANY English? What about other people in the company? Who wrote the letter?
What country is your employer in? Is it a country where very few people speak English and it's reasonable that he wouldn't either?
