My employer is a contractor for a big Canadian corporation. The corporation is about to terminate his contract coz they have found that he is not complying to their terms and conditions. He also employed someone not authorized to work, on cash in different division. One employee learned about it and complained about this to the parent company and government authorities. This complaint, along with few other infractions in the past has led to a situation where he is in real trouble of losing his contract.
I am honestly working here since 14 months and have already submitted my app under CEC category from this job. My question is if he lost his contract, should there be any problem for my application? Considering he was violating immigration rules too ?
