As i am currently work in the employer of (construction contractor) under major industry, so i humbly ask you to which employer reference letter is most beneficial for work permit process,
because the contractor under work in the major industry.. so kindly request you to some one give me a suggestion.

So you have a Canadian job offer with a LMIA and are applying for a closed work permit? If you work for the contractor then the letter should be from that company.
