Hi all,

Received ITA under FSW. I have 4 years experience with 4 different employers and my current employer is not willing to provide my roles and responsibilities, but providing all the other details just fine.
Deleting that employer from my post ITA profile would not change my CRS score but it will change my FSW score(but I will be still eligible to apply under fsw).

What is your suggestion on my situation? Upload the employment letter as it is without duties&responsibilities. Add additional documents about the nature of my job, online job application screenshots, emails,which have job duties,etc..
Or completely delete that record and keep it in my personal history?

If I go with the first option and upload what they provide + LOE,etc, does that effect cic's decision compared to option 2.

Do you have an offer letter?
 
my husband had the same issue. one office had closed down and other employer refused to give the letter. It wasn't possible to get anything from colleagues as well, so we jsut did what we could. LOE, pay stubs, offer letter , relieving letter, screeenshot of job posting of the same profile on naukri.com and monster etc... he is employed in Canada ( eligible for CEC too) so we made sure atleast that bit was leak proof and the other employer information was all solid too. took a chance and hopefully won't be crucified for not being able to deal with Indian bureaucracy :-[

Nobody inside the company is willing to provide any writing as they believe this is a violation of company rules regarding information disclosure,etc.

Should I keep that in my work history and provide what I have which is alot but not the way CIC wants.

Delete the entry from work history and provide LOE along with hr letter of confirmation+contract,etc ?

If they think the documents i provided about my last employer is not sufficient enough then my crs score would be same but fsw score would be 2 points less but still eligible) Do they simple reject me because of incomplete documentation just because you must prove everything in your work history? or Might they decide in favour and accept the application.

What would be the correct action to take to get through the completeness process of CIC?

same ! " infringement of company privacy policy" ! weird people ! our application is submitted, depending on whether it is accepted or rejected will tell us . And it is annoying coz we are eligible to apply for CEC too :(
