Employee name incorrect in WP

Hi All
I am applying for CEC, and just noticed the instead for my employer name, the client name is mentioned on my OLD WP (duration: OCT-10-2010 and then extended in June 2011)

The new WP(2013) is correct. Can i use the form IMM1436 (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/index.asp) to apply for change in the WP now for the 2010 WP.

You only need to submit a photocopy of the most recent work permit. I wouldn't worr about it, but if you want to, you can attach a letter of explanation.

Note that if your job location is not at your employer's, but at the client's, you will need a letter of reference from both. In particular, the client must attest to the job duties you are performing...

Thanks JES_ON. I will get the letter(Employer & Client). But i was wondering if CEC may come back later and say that their records(from UCI ) show that you were supposed work for ABC(employer) but your work permit shows XYZ (Client)

It's possible but unlikely. The reason for the confusion will be pretty evident.
