I am planning to apply for immigration via EE. I have the required 3 years of experience, but, that is in the company owned by my parents. My experience is legitimate. I was the one managing all the activities of the business.
1. I have proof of salary received in my income tax return and pay slips. But I had received my salary in physical cash. There shall be no evidence available in bank statements.
Will that be accepted?
2. My father had transferred shares of the company to my name. The ownership was to the extent of 48%. Would I be accounted as an owner of the business; when I was just an employee?
