Hi guys, I am currently exploring immigration options to Canada and am interested in understanding the potential pathways for including my minor sibling (under 18), who is under my legal guardianship, in my application. We are looking to go through Express Entry, of which I would be eligible for as well as the IEC visa.
While I am aware that dependents typically refer to biological or adopted children under 22, does anyone know whether there might be any options to include my sister as a dependent in my immigration process. Her parents are alive but not eligible for immigration to Canada, and I am her sole legal guardian in the UK.

Otherwise is there are any other way to navigate this situation?

Thanks

No options. Her parents are alive and she is not your adopted child. If you adopted her it is called an adoption of convenience.

So you look at ways for her to study in Canada or immigrate on her own merit when she is older. Or she does IEC too.

What is your CRS score with NOC and education?
