This is humera. My husband died suddenly before a month ago we are under spouse immigration process to canada we filed it before an year ago, i am very upset i applied for a temporary visa but they refused i am in pakistan i really want to go there and visit his grave

I think you have to apply for visit visa ensuring that you will come back and showing very strong family ties in your home country. You have to show good bank balance, property ownership etc. to convince the Visa officer. Get suggestions from an immigration lawyer regarding your sponsorship application. Stay focused. All the best.
