Impossible to say but she also will need special permission to not quarantine.

My only concern is obtaining a visa as soon as possible. Next step , will figure out quarantine , I believe there is some forms for that when she is going to depart.

I would contact your MP for help. She will need to prepare proof of her ties to her home country like a longterm job, property (or at least lease), husband or other dependent family members, proof that she has the funds to travel and savings, etc. Doesn't matter who the invitation is from.

Her husband and son will stay at home country. Think $15K would be enough to prove that she has fund to travel. Would appreciate anyone share their experiences.

She needs to submit a TRV application. I would do that asap since processing times are long right now. It's hard for any of us to say how quickly it will be processed. You'll want to include evidence (e.g. doctor's letters) of your grandfather's condition / illness. She will also want to include proof that your grandfather is a PR / citizen of Canada and something that proves their relationship (e.g. birth certificate).

For "purpose of travel", she will want to select "other" and then write "COVID-19" in the description field.

Suggest you also read through the below:

Hope this helps.

As I'm person who sending invitation , Should she upload proof of relationship? on Doc note , clearly state name of daughter.

She needs to prove her relationship to your father (not you). I'm assuming your father is either a Canadian citizen or PR. She wants to be allowed to travel without getting an authorization letter from IRCC. In order to do this, it's your father she needs to prove she is related to.
