Embassy interviews on Phone???

hey guys i have heard that CHC Isb has started interviewing every applicant on phone... is it ture? if yes please share your experience f u have encountered such situation.

they didnt actually interview me.. i got a call though but the girl (Pakistani girl) asked me to email them my emails, phone numbers, travel history and if i have any other passport.. thats it

Student visa can never be done over the phone.How?

They need to see and thats why you have to appear in person.
