lima office received my papers 1 st of september, and now i just got an email from the embassy of Lima asking me for my CSQ certificate (From Quebec) . they say i can send it by email or by mail. I will probably scan them and send it by email . What do u think guys? , if is more faster and secure for them get the paper, or will be the same by email.
i dont want delays.
plus they didnt ask me for my FBI Certificate yet so i dont know if should i wait for the fbi request?
