Hey guys does the consulate general in Sydney VO often respond through email instead ECAS? anybody know? maybe they will send the results of my application through email.?? because doesn't show in process in ECAS but instead they are emailing me which is good and convenient. said they needed extra info which I sent them.

They will use email. They will not use ECAS to ask you to do anything as it's unreliable and not designed for that.
