i got this email in 8 days after applying for study permit
Visa application, tracking ID No. 201****************2 Π Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019-05-03 04:32:11 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI.
do i have to be worried because i cannot able to link my paper application to online tracking..

Its normal procedure. To know the status of your application you should to link it to an online account using GCKEY (You need to create an account) and not to the online tracking.

yes i tried that on GCKEY With my all correct information but all the time it said somthing is wrong there is no application made by this applicant and now it shows i have to wait 24 hours to link it again
but my concern is is there any chance of rejection because my results have done only in 8 days

I know that. However I was just wondering that If the decision had been made before the applicant gets a request for biometrics then it would have probably been a refusal.

Then perhaps you are just lucky that your application has been processed just a bit fast? Anyway you cant know anything from the tracking ID, you'll just have to wait until you receive your passport. All the best
