Email from cic..passport dispatched...what does it mean?

Hi..my cousin brother applied for a student visa for Canada. His university is in Winnipeg. We live in Kuwait and the passport and other docs were sent to Abu dhabi office via vfs. Today he recevied the following email from cic :

Application No.: XXXXXX
This is an automated message. Please DO NOT RESPOND to this message.

what does this mean ? he got a UCI number..so I hope it was approved..in 2 days he will get his passport but still we all are very tensed....anyone with such experience please help!!

was that medical request or PPR in the attachment?

i received the same email but unfortunately there was no attachment and the link is not working either
