hi

My self shine.I am in India.My husband is in canada.
he applied for PR in skilled worker category last year.
on dated 18 OCT 2010 we received an email from bufflo office regarding submission of our passports.
We don't know what should we do?
As i am in india where should i go for pr stamping.
yesterday i went chandigarh embassy to ask for the procedure,but they don't know anything about this.
They suggested me to ask delhi embassy,so i email and fax them yesterday
please you guys suggest me
you all are request to answer,embassy requested to submit passports before 30 NOV.

hello shine, my question is when ur husband applied , then u applied as his co applicant(spouse) or he applied for pr independently from canada ? were u co applicant in the application when submitted one year back ?

My husband applied in feb 2009 at that time he was single
after that we got married in march 2009
then he returned back to canada and submitted my papers in his file
our case i on same file number.
My husband is principle applicant in our case

ok so u submitted ur case in buffalo office. does ur case got transferred to new delhi office or chandigarh office ? or its buffalo itself till date ? Also plse send me the mail of the passport request (u may mask the file no and name ), then i can say u exactly. u can send me a pm

They must mention the place of submission in ur email. so pls follow that, or u can make a try to ur local visa office for canada in India.

actually email is in my husbands email address
is it possible to send my passport out of country
should i trust on courtier service

Please submit your passport(s) before 30 november 2010. The issuance of your visa(s) is time sensitive so it is important for you to submit your passport(s) as requested.

We require three (3) recent photographs of yourself and each accompanying family member."

So far I know sending PP is not allowed by courier, So, You can go to your local VO in India, or send them a case specific enquiry email. you will get the email address in thier website.
