Elligible to get my spouse OWP?

Hello guys,

I am a high skilled worker, working as a supervisor for almost a year at a certain motel in Alberta. I wanted to know if my spouse can work full time job (she is currently on student visa) or part time job, the fact that i have already been registered as an NOC B worker with IRCC!

So she is planning to abandon her studies ?

She would have to apply for an SOWP. If it is approved her student permit will be cancelled and she can work full-time. I would not abandon her studies until you know she has received the SOWP.
