I'm a software developer (29 now) working in states on h1b visa. I've bachelors (2010 India) & masters (2015 USA) degrees from computer science. I have work experience of around 5 years now. I'm planning to get trained as a pilot in one of the academies from Quebec. Am I eligible for Quebec CSQ or EE if I go for pilot training as my area of training will be different or correct me if I'm wrong anywhere.
