Eligible for PGWP

Am I eligible for PGWP if I graduated from Master of Finance in the University of Manitoba ?

Thx~I’ve checked this web site and only know the university is a designated learning institution but not sure if this program is eligible for PGWP

PGWP is not generally based on the course subject but the DLI , full time study and the course length.
