I am currently working as IT consultant in Canada since 1 year and I have around 10 years of IT experiance as consultant. Just wanted to take expert opinion, am I eligible for SW program or not?

If you get a job offer from your employer and posstive AOE from Service Canada YES, but that has to be done by your employer.
