Eligibility review on GCKey?

I’m confused with the way Sydney is processing applications as it seems they are following a different process. Sponsor’s ecas changed to DM today and a call Center officer confirmed that he was found eligible to sponsor me. I’m now awaiting for the SA email and medical request, but my GCKey profile has already been update to review of eligibility. Does anybody know what this process entails as I’m pretty sure this is not background check yet? Also, I noticed that Sydney has issued AORs but so far nobody has received SA or medical request

Hi there, we are in the same boat. Could you maybe clarify what happened after this if you don't mind?
Sponsor's ECAS changed to DM this morning, and PA's ECAS changed to "In Process". From what I have heard, it means sponsor is approved.
Now on GCKey, it says "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" next to Review of Eligibility. No medical request or anything else yet. Is this normal, and did you eventually get a medical request on GCKey?
