Dear All,
I have few questions to check my eligibility to apply under Express Entry.

I was in Canada as dependent with open WP and had worked continuous full time (37 hr/wk) up to 13 months with "Consultant Company' under contract to its client company.

I have all the payslips, T4 for my working.

Now in this 13 months of working, my spouse applied for our WP extension in the month May 2019 and which was not approved and refused in July 2019.
But as per my understanding, our implied status became valid because of temporary resident status valid up to the date on the decision made and IRCC mentioned that " We also wish to advise you that your temporary resident status expired on July XX, 2019" in the WP refusal letter.

Now I want to apply for PR under express entry based on my profile.

My queries are,

1) Am I eligible to apply under Express Entry, ( including the period of implied status based on IRCC decision)? otherwise the 13 months continuous experience not valid for me.

2) Am I eligible to apply under the Express Entry with my full-time contract job?

3) Earlier I had foreign work experience under NOC 1111 and 1311. Now in canada, I had experience in NOC 1241. So, is there any affect to claim points because of different NOCs under Canadian Experience class or FSW Express Entry?

4) If I apply under the Canadian Experience class then is it required to submit a Reference letter for all my previous foreign work experience including NOC lead statement? (For Canadian Experience I have my reference letter with NOC statement from the contractor but not provided offer letter/appointment letter as it was contract job )

5) Is it better to apply under the Canadian Experience Class or FSW in the express entry?
