Has anyone experiencing the eligibility not met on your submitted application? What are the processing times on these cases if we submit the additional documents to justify the application eligibility not met due to NOC?

It's difficult to tell, weeks to a couple of months, presumably.

My application is stuck due to this since Sep 2018. I ordered CGMS notes and the comments I read from officer "client did not provide job duties" but I immediately uploaded the new document via web form but there is not progress. It was noted "for refusal" but I hope they forward the application to senior officer for decision and review the documents I sent.

That's the agent, not the officer. Did you submit an LOE with the new duties ?

LOE means? Letter of Employment? Or Letter of Explanation? I uploaded the Employer letter with job duties listed along with Pay stubs as additional proof.

Letter of Explanation.

Letter of explanation, if you explained everything or the documents are self-explanatory then hopefully all should be fine soon. Good luck

I am not sure how to react because if they want to reject I am more than happy to re-submit new application. This is stuck with no updates and clock is ticking, i lost points for birthday in-between (in case I want to re-submit). It's a risky situation. If the cut-off reach too close i'm done with this.
