eligibility in progress

My all the things (medical, biometric and background) get passed but eligibility is in progress since Feb 14, 2024.
Please tell me that how much time eligibility take time to be completed.
My AOR is Nov 18, 2023 and on gckey account status showing that we are processing your application but background is not updated yet.
