Can't you increase your score a bit to reach the 400, then you might get an ITA from Ontario.


also if your job (NOC) is in demand you may try SINP (Saskatchewan)

Manitoba might work for you if you have family or friends there

also you may send to New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island


other than that Alberta and British Columbia require a job offer
