Hello Friends

I am 36 year old. I am an IT graduate in India with more than 7 years of experience in world's top IT company.
I am planning to apply for PR with my wife and she is a B.Sc.Nursing. Nurses are in great demand in canada so
are IT professionals. I just calculated my CRS and I reached till 340 approximately.

I know that we have good chances of making career in canada but little worried about obtaining Permanent residence.

can you all help please in how we can make this happen.

Thanks

You may look for both FSW and PNP options, if your spouse has work experience then you both could apply as primary applicants provided whoever has higher score. For applying under FSW you would need to score 67 points on the scale of 100. Please visit website: www.cic.gc.ca.

I have one more query related to Settlement funds OR proof of funds.
What I see is different provinces have different conditions on proof of funds OR settlement funds.

I got the amount which needs to be maintained but have queries regarding duration.
CIC says nothing clearly on duration.
SINP I heard it needs for 3 months
Ontario needs atleast 6 months.
no Idea about NSNP and others.

Could please put some light on this as well. for more clarity on Settlement funds and the duration of maintenance in the bank account.

CIC duration of holding funds is 6 months.
And NSNP needs as per CIC, duration and amount.
