Hi everyone,
Does the one year of continuous working experience have to be with the same employer?

If I took my last month, before quitting my job, as a paid leave , will that month count towards my work experience ( it was the 12th month with that company)?

Will your employer give you a letter stating that you were employed for one year?

If yes, then it counts as one year. If they say 11 months, then nope.

And no, the work experience doesn’t have to be with the same employer.

Thank you for your promptness and quick reply:
The situation is as following:
Company A : At which I worked for 3 months, where last day was (March 10th,2014)
Company B : At which I worked for 11 months, where first day was March 11th,2014)
I spent March 10th overnight without an employment
How does thAt look?
