ELICOS is for Australian institutions, not Canadian. If you don't want to do IELTS or any other English test. Then only other option is to do a ESL course with conditional acceptance for the program of your choice.

If you are going for ESL then expect to pay thousands of dollars. In my personal opinion its a waste of money.

Save the money and just do the IELTS.

Can you tell me more about ELS and how to Apply for it Requirements

It is called ESL (English as a second language) it is also known as EAP (English for Academic Purposes). Most colleges and universities have heir own ESL or EAP course.

I do want to know, if it's not an issue. why you don't want to do IELTS, which costs only 340 CAD, and you want to go for ESL or EAP which will cost roughly 4000- 8000 CAD. You don't get any benefit from doing it in Canada. If you want to do an English course, then you can find some in India itself which are much cheaper.
