Electronic Signutre for Myself and Spouse

I want to sponsor my husband through online application, since that is easier for me. Couple of the documents, it requires both of us to sign it. How can he electronically sign it if I am logged in with my account? or vice versa. How can both of us sign it electronically? Does he also need to create an online account? please give a step by step guide, and also advice if it is better for him to sign in for online application or for me? (he is the applicant and I'm the sponsor).

so far I know spousal PR application only applied as paper application and later on you can create online account with CIC means you can link your paper application to online account.
