Would an apprentice (3rd period) qualify as a Skilled Worker or would this only apply to Journeymen?

Also, is there anywhere in Canada hiring foreign electrical workers? I seem to come up with very little luck in my dabbling...

Also again, would a foreign worker applying for this be required to have 10 grand savings in the bank?? I believe I read that somewhere...

Journeyman/woman. Most employers will want you to sit the red seal exam before hiring. Check out the job bank.ca You will require the settlement funds for the number persons in your family. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp unless you have a certified job offer.
